1.Before you use, make sure a TF card is properly inserted.
2.Do not insert or remove the TF card while the device is operating to avoid damage.
3.Pay attention to the correct orientation of the TF card. Incorrect insertion may damage the device or the card.
4.If the TF card is not compatible, reinsert it or try a different TF card.
5.The device supports TF cards up to 512GB. A V30 or higher high-speed card is recommended. -
Why the camera angle looks too high?
Swipe up or down on the touchscreen to adjust the viewing angle. -
Why the image looks blurry?
Make sure the protective film is removed and the lens is clean. -
Why the screen is frozen or unresponsive?
